Live from the Live Better recording studio! Bret and Jason are here this week on the Live Better podcast talking about rituals. The two will touch on why rituals are important, creating time for yourself and the impact of doing things consistently. It’s important to take the time to really methodically think about what your rituals are and why you are doing them. Listen in as Bret and Jason discuss their own rituals, why they think they are important and how you can start to ponder your own.
