Live from the Live Better recording studio! Bret and Jason are here this week with Ryan Lockee. As a former elementary teacher, and recent father and author, Ryan believes that changing one's mindset will determine the shape and future of your life. Personal development, which includes emotional intelligence, mindfulness, meditation, and developing a growth mindset, something that's not typically taught in schools, is the focus of his book, Wisdom Beyond the Classroom. Simple tools, lessons, and stories are shared in the book, which are easy to apply, and much needed in today's world.

Live from the Live Better recording studio! Bret and Jason are here this week with Case Kenny. Case hosts a podcast called New Mindset, Who Dis. Twice a week he releases short episodes dedicated to no BS self development and mindfulness advice.

In 2014, Case started working at an ad agency that made him realize he wanted to start writing again so he began writing for a men’s lifestyle blog. His passion for writing quickly evolved into a mindfulness email called PRSUIT. Since then, Case has never missed a day of writing. In 2018, Case challenged himself to do more than just write. Enter his podcast, New Mindset, Who Dis. Complementing what he preaches in early 2020 Case created a mindset journal that contains 10-minute journal prompts and 60 days of questions to shatter limiting beliefs & help you gain clarity on who you really are. Case focuses on consistency and listens to himself when approaching his practical mindfulness techniques and preparing his podcast. Listen in to hear more about Case’s journey.
