Bret and Jason are here this week with Tieko Nejon, an educator and corporate trainer who focuses on the advancement of human behavior and the dynamics within social constructs. Despite her upbringing and growing up in a neighborhood with gun-violence, drugs, addicts and single family homes (she speaks to this during the episode), Tieko created her own path to entrepreneurship, rewriting her story. Tieko’s work has spanned a broad spectrum of industries, from designing curriculum for a medical school to detailing cultural strategy for big-box beauty brands. Her mission is simple – “Build better people”. Tieko partners with corporate teams, executive leaders, and management to push people toward excellence.

JT is the founder of Triple Deke Media and RESET, a pop up festival that highlights the newest and hottest brands in wellness. He lives to promote wellness, helps others take control of their own wellbeing and health, and teaches individuals to upgrade their lifestyle. Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, JT has connected a group of 8 wellness experts in a house called the HoneyHouse. They have gathered in the Hollywood Hills to create a circle of people focused on motivation, fitness, and wellness. They have utilized TikTok to create content that inspires people to stay fit, take care of their mental health, and live the best life possible. JT aspires to always be the best person in the room, and he does so creatively by encouraging others to keep moving forward.
