Welcome to the new and improved, Live Better Podcast!

To kick off the new season, this episode is centered around the "Best Day Ever" mindset. If you don't already know, the phrase "Best Day Ever" is used by co-founders Bret Gornik and Jason Loebig day in, day out. It's a mantra of how they live their lives and teach others to follow in their footsteps.

Listen in as Bret and Jason discuss with one another what the "Best Day Ever" mindset means with the steps to get there, how they apply it to their everyday lives, and the different tools and tactics they use to talk about and act upon it.

If you want to develop a way in which you approach life stronger, with more resiliency, Bret and Jason believe you must practice the way in which you make decisions, act, and evaluate your behavior. Your body is capable of doing great things; your mind is the power (or brakes) to the train.

This is what we call, the "Best Day Ever" mindset.
