Live from the Live Better recording studio! Bret and Jason are here this week with JT Barnett, Former Professional Hockey Player of 6 years playing in the US, Canada, Russia, and Europe. JT is the founder of Triple Deke Media and RESET, a pop up festival that highlights the newest and hottest brands in wellness. He lives to promote wellness, helps others take control of their own wellbeing and health, and teaches individuals to upgrade their lifestyle. Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, JT has connected a group of 8 wellness experts in a house called the HoneyHouse. They have gathered in the Hollywood Hills to create a circle of people focused on motivation, fitness, and wellness. They have utilized TikTok to create content that inspires people to stay fit, take care of their mental health, and live the best life possible. JT aspires to always be the best person in the room, and he does so creatively by encouraging others to keep moving forward.
