Kate helps people understand the basics of fitness, nutrition and strength training so they can find a process they love without restriction. Kate is a founding trainer at Barry's Chicago and in addition to training at both Chicago studios she is a member of the corporate marketing team and contributes to the brand strategy and marketing best practices of the team as Barry’s expands.
