Live from the Live Better recording studio! Bret is here this week with Erinne Brown. Erinne is a Chicago-based Well-Being Coach who started her healing journey in an intense management consulting career, in which she experienced unprecedented stress, fatigue, and poor physical health. The overachiever in her decided to channel her energy into nourishing herself unconditionally, and earned health and life coaching certifications so that she could help other high achieving women do the same. Through her one-on-one and group coaching programs, she helps her clients design a lifestyle of abundant well-being without sacrificing the parts of their lives that matter most.
